A sound night's sleep is one of the most important things; I love bedtime and I am one of those people that really needs their sleep as otherwise, you might need to stay out my way the next morning! Whilst I am also blessed with an ability to fall asleep quickly and sleep well most nights, I do need to be comfortable - especially if I am having an arthritis flare.
My husband isn't the best sleeper and can find it hard to settle; in fact, he was talking just recently about us maybe getting a new Mattress Super King (our current one is six years old, so should have a couple more years left before needing replacement).
