There is an easy way to make a little more time for us or to add a touch of pampering to your everyday routine - make the most of your shower or indulge in a bath!
I know how busy the standard work/school week can be. I also know how easy it is to feel run down, to feel like there is no time and to find that you have left yourself down at the bottom of the priority list.
There are no easy solutions to fix everything, but there are little fixes you can make to get more out of your day - and more for you, importantly.
I have just discovered Tea & Tonic, a 100% natural skincare and wellness brand that 'helps you to discover the secrets to your brightest skin and self'. Sounds good, right? Their luxury wellness products holistically balance dry, oily or sensitive skin and every single one is hand-blended, sustainably sourced, vegan and cruelty-free. Even better!
I was excited to learn more and was impressed by the ethos, the product selection and by the beautiful parcel I received. I will be sharing my thoughts on their wellness teas in another post but today, I wanted to share the Tea & Tonic oil I have been using as it has given me a lovely little pick me up and I think it's a great way to turn a standard shower into a slither of a moment for yourself.
You can thank me later...
I have been adding a few drops of High Spirits Bath and Shower Oil (£40 for 50ml) to a bath soak at the weekends, but have also applied it to damp skin as I come out of the shower. Quick, easy and very uplifting, as you would expect from the name.
It is an aromatherapy bathing tonic that promises to uplift and energise and it contains a concentrated blend of pure essential oils infused into nutrient-rich plant oils. This beautiful blend has such a light and enriching scent and promises to nourish, soften & smooth skin. Having used it a few times a week for two weeks, I can confirm that my skin feels soft and the scent stays for a long time after I have headed back to the realities of being a busy working mum.
I am so pleased to have found this company and feel they offer something different.
I am all here for wellness and wellbeing, so stay tuned for more information on the teas from Tea & Tonic soon.
