Our Cornwall must-see list

As you may have heard, because I *may* have mentioned it once or twice, we are going on our first mini family holiday to Cornwall next week and we are incredibly excited.

Hubs and I have never been to Cornwall before and have always heard tales of how amazing it is so we thought enough is enough, let's go see what the fuss is about!

We are staying near Newquay in a static caravan on a Parkdean site and have five days to enjoy the delights of the Cornish climate and hospitality. Even if it rains the whole time, which is looking like a possibility, I'm sure we will have a great time. We've stayed in a static caravan before with friends and had a fab time and just having a break from the norm will be great.

Our plans at the moment include visiting Newquay, Padstow, St Michael's Mount, St Ives and Tinagel Castle and we're planning on trying Rick Stein's fish and chips too.

It's our third wedding anniversary on Wednesday - where does the time go? - so I'm sure we'll find somewhere nice to pop out to and I'll share the details of our little break when we get back, along with lots of holiday snaps. I totally know there's going to be Ethan posing on the beach, pretending to have an ice cream and so on - he's only four months old but I'm sure he will have a whale of a time!

If you have any last minute 'must do' suggestions for us, then just let me know!
